What is Odoo and why choose it?

Odoo is a modular, open-source ERP that covers CRM, sales, accounting, inventory, HR, and many other areas. It scales from a small business to a large enterprise, and you only activate the modules you need.

What’s the difference between Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise?

Community is the free, open-source version with the core functionality. Enterprise is the paid version, with more advanced features, mobile apps, and official Odoo support. We work with both.

Who pays for the Odoo Enterprise license?

The Enterprise license is paid directly to Odoo S.A. by the end customer. We help you choose the right edition and we host and operate it for you.

Can you migrate my data from my current system?

Yes. From Premium upwards we include initial data migration from Excel or CSV. For migrations from other ERPs or databases we evaluate the case and quote it as part of the implementation.

What if I need a module that doesn’t exist?

We build it. The Platinum plan includes a custom module (30-40h of development). For other plans, custom development is available as a separate service, billed per project or per hour.

What does support and maintenance cover?

The monthly fee includes hosting, monitoring, backups, security patches, and minor Odoo updates. Major version upgrades (e.g. Odoo 17 to 18) are scoped separately. Support channel and response times depend on the plan.
