Which brands are supported?
BMW, SEAT, Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Renault, and Toyota are available on day one. We add new brand schemas regularly — contact us if yours is not listed.
How long does a conversion take?
Most files convert in under 10 seconds. Larger datasets (5,000+ rows) may take up to 60 seconds. Your daily usage allowance covers active conversion time only.
What happens to my files after conversion?
Files are processed in an isolated environment and deleted immediately after delivery. We do not store, index, or use your data for any purpose beyond the conversion.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer custom brand integrations?
Yes, on Platinum plan or above. If your brand uses a proprietary format not yet in our library, we build and maintain the integration at no extra cost.
