What SFTP clients are compatible?
Any standard SFTP client works — FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck, rsync, lftp, or your DMS built-in export module. If it speaks SFTP, it connects.
How is the connection secured?
All connections use SSH (SFTP protocol). We provide an SSH key pair on setup. Password authentication is disabled by default. Files are encrypted at rest on every storage node.
Can multiple users connect to the same account?
Yes. You can request additional SSH keys for individual team members or systems at no extra cost. Each key can be revoked independently.
What happens if I exceed my storage quota?
Uploads stop gracefully when you reach your limit — no silent overages. You will receive an alert and a link to upgrade your plan.
Can I migrate my existing files from another provider?
Yes. Because we use standard SFTP, you can use rsync or any bulk-transfer client to move files from any previous provider without proprietary lock-in.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your files remain accessible until the end of the paid period, giving you time to download what you need.
